The Eyelash Emporium, after experiencing remarkable success with its original eCommerce site, approached UP THERE, DIGITAL to enhance its online store with new features and updated branding. They required a solution to streamline order management, stock levels, global shipping, and professional course bookings while maintaining brand consistency and user-friendliness for their team.

We implemented Shopify, a versatile eCommerce platform, along with custom features such as email marketing plugins, subscriber discount codes, chatbot for customer service, customer login area, trade-only customer processes, and integrations for online events. They also localized key websites for focus territories like Australia, Portugal, and Ireland. In 2022, a Direct to Consumer (D2C) retail store was launched to cater to customers seeking professional products for home use.
